Moo and Blue - Retains the deep buttery richness often associated with blue cheese yet the notable clean flavor profile still shines through. While it packs lots of blue flavor, it is not bitter like blue cheeses can be and leaves a lingering sweetness on the palate.
Four simple ingredients: Pasteurized Goat's Milk, Bacterial Cultures, Vegetable Rennet, Salt. FireFly Farms' cheeses are produced using sustainably-produced, locally‐sourced fresh goat’s milk and time‐honored, traditional methods of cheese making. All cheeses are made by hand – using apprenticed cheesemakers, not machines. The cheeses are scooped, turned, salted, washed, brushed, and wrapped by hand.
