Role at Union Square Cafe: Director of Operations

Terry is newly the Owner and Innkeeper of the Granville House. Terry started with Union Square Hospitality Group in ‘97 as front waiter for Gramercy Tavern. He went on to work at Tabla, then became opening General Manager and Partner for Maialino. He was also instrumental in the opening of Marta. Terry concluded his career at USHG with a bang by becoming Director of Operations at USC in the Fall of 2017, where he remained until November 2019 before he went on to pursue his lifelong dream of opening an inn with his wife, Terri, a longtime sommelier at Gramercy Tavern.
